Word Plates are made from individual 4×6 letter prints (color or B&W) with each letter framed under a thick piece of acrylic. The letters are then connected into a 1 piece frame, ready to hang!

Name Prints are larger prints with all the letters printed directly onto a professional grade photographic paper. Since it is all printed together, it allows for personalization of the print with text, names, dates, etc. Name prints are available as prints only or framed prints.

The size of the guest book print is determined by the number of guests attending. We normally estimate that 50% of the guests will actually sign, with families and couples signing as one. You can allow extra room for notes or to allow for additional guests to sign. View our size comparison chart

The 10×20 frame is relatively easy to find in larger craft stores – look for collage frames. The 12×24 can be found online. And the 10×24, while a great size for the longer names, can be hard to find. Customers have found them at Jo-Ann’s and Michaels but I would recommend finding a 10×24 frame before ordering as a print only. You can also purchase the prints framed and ready to hang here in the shop!

Everywhere. I find them on vacation, camping, and in my backyard. As my collection has grown, I now travel 3-4 times a year to search for letters. Future travels include a return to New York City, the Florida Coast, Las Vegas and hopefully, New Orleans.

We are constantly working on adding new letters – nautical, sports themes, modern/urban. Currently, beach and nautical letters are most often requested.

Our 4×6 prints and name prints are relatively lightweight and do ship worldwide via US First class mail international or Priority Mail International. Word plates can ship via USPS Priority Mail International but the prices vary greatly based on frame size and ship-to zip code.  Please email and ask for a price quote. However the larger guest book prints are too large and run too much risk for damage – US shipping only. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes (if applicable) upon receipt. International orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, we will work with you until you are satisfied or provide a full refund.

If an order has shipping damage, please let us know as soon as possible and include a photo of the shipping damage – this helps with the claim on our end. We will replace the product as quickly as possible.

4×6 photo letters ship in 1-3 days via first class mail.

Name prints and smaller guest book prints ship within 5 days of order (or proof approval if required). Prints ship rolled in a mailing tube via USPS priority mail in the US, first class international everywhere else. Rush shipping available upon request with USPS Priority Express Mail. Express shipping only rushes the delivery, not in house production.

Larger guest book prints (16×20 and above) ship direct from the photo printer via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Turnaround runs 10-12 days for printing, mounting and delivery. Rush delivery via Fedex Overnight available for an additional $5 – this will reduce the delivery to 3-5 days. Due to size and weight restrictions, larger guest book prints ship within the US only.

Framed name prints and word plates ship within 5 days via Priority Mail or Fedex ground depending on the package weight, size and zip code.
